Load an index
Run the scraper next to this file, then reload:
python3 m4l_scrape.py then python3 m4l_scrape.py --enrich
The first pass builds the listing index. The second visits device pages for ratings, Live/Max versions and comment dates — it's slow, and everything here works without it.
